“The Vampire’s Drudge”
In no more than 5 words explain your ambitions:
To destroy my creator who enslaved and brainwashed me.
Favourite place and why?
New Orleans. It’s home.
Favourite weapon and why?
My silver spiked high heels. They go with everything I wear and can be deadly when I need them to be.
Favourite moment and why?
The battle of Antietam. September 17th, 1862. Killing human confederate soldiers on the battlefield with Arubrey was a turning point for the Civil War. They never saw us coming. And for us, this day became Bloodfeast, a vampiric holiday that unites my kind in celebration once every decade.
Most significant enemy and why?
Vincent, the vampire who changed me into what I am today. He also enslaved me on a floral plantation when I was just a child and brainwashed me into thinking my life was perfect. He claims to be my “master”. I have no master. His destruction will prove that.
Tell me about your childhood:
I can not recall much of my childhood, or any of my human life for that matter before I was changed. I can recall moments. The “tap, tap, tap, of Vincent’s shoes when I first met him. The red glow that shone from under the door at the end of the hallway. The sound from the leather whip as it lashed out, over and over again…
Where would you be now if you had made better choices?
I’m glad I made the poor choices that I’ve made while brainwashed. It led me to Winona, the vampire who freed me from Vincent’s hypnotic spell, Arubrey, and Leslie, the other two members of my coven. Without them I am nothing. We are a family now.
Anything you’d like to say to your maker?
Your time is almost up. We’re closing in on you and there will be no escape this time.
Thank you for your time, please feel free to leave a parting statement:
For the ones who read my story I hope you can understand the underlying message within it… “Don’t let the world brainwash you into thinking you’re unworthy.”
