Fire magic and hot men
The beach. There’s something about the roll of the water over the pebbles, and the smell of salt air that calms me and helps me focus.
Fire. I love fire. I mean, fire magic’s in my blood so of course I love fire.
Ryn says the reference section in the Library is the best weapon. I do admit her talent for research made a better weapon in the end.
Either meeting Iden or meeting Ryn. He’s hot, and she’s the little sister I didn’t know I needed. Did you ever meet someone you felt like you’ve known your whole life, even though you just met? Yeah, me neither until now, that’s why I can’t decide between these two. I hate the way everyone treats Ryn, I want to protect her like a proper brother would. But then. Iden *is* hot. So, both?
Only one? Let’s see there’s my parents, who absolutely won’t see me for who I am, obsess over finding me a nice girl to settle down with, then refuse to understand I’m not interested in a traditional family. Or the Boiler Room Master trying to kill me? You’ll have to decide for yourself when you read my story.
It was great until I turned eight. My mother was determined that I would be her heir and take her place on the Healing Counsel, even though I wasn’t a girl, and my primary magic was my father’s fire. I think she eventually became obsessed with the idea.
Meeee? Make better choices? What’s wrong with my choices? It’s not me making bad choices, it’s the people around me doing dumb things.
Yeah, stop thinking I’m just like your brother because I’m not him. Oh, and I want to make out with Iden–come on! And could you please stop being so precious with me, I can handle more stuff…wait, we’re going into the dark night of the soul part of the story. Never mind, forget I said anything.
Hmmmm- maybe this interview makes me look bad. Oh well!
One more thing, thanks for doing this interview with me. My maker seems to have forgotten that I’m half of this story.
