In no more than 5 words explain your ambitions:
To survive and to thrive.
Favourite place and why?
My favorite place is the House of Healing, in Derregain. At first, it was just an easy place for me to hide. A massive, sprawling building, with an unlimited blood supply was perfect for my needs. Since healing is one of my primary fields of magic, it was simple enough, through illusions, and charms, to take the place over.
It may seem silly that me, an ancient succubus, cares about operating a human hospital, but I’ve really become personally invested in the place. After nine centuries of simply scraping by to survive, it’s nice to have a purpose.
Favourite weapon and why?
My Banishment spell. Few are aware I know it. It’s exceedingly rare for a demon to study healing magic in the first place, and the Banishment spell is only found in this strange world I’ve come to live in. Ordinarily, I would have avoided learning it, but ever since the Demon Queen put a price on my head, necessity became the mother of invention.
Favourite moment and why?
When the leader of Derregain, Achillion, kissed me. He spared my life after I barely defeated Bonewalker. I saved his life from a crazed mob of children. He saved me from one of Plaguebringer’s moist meat monsters. We’ve been in each other’s orbits for some time.
But for him to voluntarily kiss me like that… it blew my mind. I’m a succubus. Even a single kiss forever binds a person to my will, and he knew that beforehand. That kind of trust… It’s something special.

Most significant enemy and why?
Chariden, the Demon Queen, and I wish I could tell you why, but it doesn’t make any damn sense. I mean, I literally handed her the Citadel on a silver platter. She spent decades trying to conquer that place, yet I was the one to deliver it. And what did I get in return? An offer to come work as her live-in maid! Never!!
So yes, I told her off, and went my own way, but I never expected her to put a price on my head! Some gratitude, huh?

Tell me about your childhood:
My first banishment nearly killed me. When a demon dies, she’s sent to a cell beneath the Netherworld, where she suffers for a century. I could describe it to you, but I don’t want to ruin your day. Suffice to say, your injuries completely heal, each time you lose consciousness. So, if suffer worms eat your eyes, and chew your flesh down to the bone before you pass out from the pain, you wake up healed, all so they can start the process over again.
In total, it took me 147 years to make it back to the surface. I was broken… barely sane. Fortunately, I was much better prepared the next I was sent below to rot for a century.

Where would you be now if you had made better choices?
My mother thinks I should have shacked up with some fat demon lord. A lot of succubi make that kind of arrangement. They choose to live as consorts, in exchange for the security and status it affords them, but screw that.
Sure, I wear horrible scars, and my wings are tattered, but I’m an incredibly powerful being. I’ve defeated powerful demon bounty hunters. I know ancient magic, long since forgotten by the world, and I’m the reason Plaguebringer hasn’t claimed Derregain yet. Pretty good for a lowly succubus, if you ask me.

Anything you’d like to say to your maker?
J.R. Konkol, you seem to enjoy killing characters, but don’t you dare touch Achillion! After nine centuries, I’ve finally found something real. If you screw it up, I promise you, I’ll hunt you down!
Thank you for your time, please feel free to leave a parting statement:
You can read all about me in the Rebirth of the Fallen series. My role starts small. I’m not even named in book 1, though I’m definitely there. I really start making my presence felt in book 2, though I’m not proud of the things I was forced to do. (sorry Russell, but you have to admit, it was fun, right?) I’m pretty well established in book 3 and beyond.
